Simple but serious design improvement for the solar buoy we love. Makes getting it in and out of our lake a snap!

Having cruised long distances and many countries a re-occurring issue has been visibility while at anchor. A sailboat anchor light on top of a 25 meter mast appears to other boaters as a large star and not an effective indication of a boat anchored. After a collision while sailing in Turkey and previously many extremely close calls prompted me to find a solution. The lake lite white light in constant or flashing mode has worked fabulously. Unfortunately sometimes so well that less enterprising souls decide the fastest way to fix their issue is to borrow one without asking. I now carry two always fitted on bow and stern while at anchor as well as a new one in a box, that I can sell or gift (depending on circumstances) to another boater. If you spend time at anchorages, and in particular where there are extensive shore lights and hills that can obscure your legal anchor light on mast head, these are the BEST I have found in the WORLD and wholeheartedly endorse them.
